If you like to unwind while sitting in a chair, but find the chair to be uncomfortable, it might be best to replace it. Sometimes though, our relaxing experience comes from memories as well, so don’t feel pressure to get rid of something with sentimental value.
You don’t have to have completely blank walls if you don’t want to. But limiting what hangs on your walls is a great way to make your home feel calmer and more open. Not only does it feel like a giant list of chores you need to do every time you see all the “stuff”.
